Skyrim Gets Released Again. But it's the Anniversary Edition for Switch 2, so I'm cool with it.

As we continue to wait endlessly for more news on The Elder Scrolls VI Bethesda has found a way to release Skyrim once more. This time we're getting The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition for Nintendo Switch 2, and while the never-ending re-releases of Skyrim has become it's own meme at this point, I'm actually okay with this one. Switch 2 owners are getting great enhancements to resolution, performance, and load times that will transform the game on Nintendo's latest system. Check out the trailer below to see it in action.

Switch 2 Anniversary Edition: The Ultimate Skyrim Package

Available now digitally via the eShop for $59.99, this definitive edition packs the base game, all three DLCs (Dawnguard, Hearthfire, Dragonborn), and 74 Creation Club creations, turning Tamriel into an endless adventure playground. It's also optimized for Switch 2's hardware, making it the smoothest portable Skyrim yet.

You can grab it on the eShop or check Bethesda's Blog for full details.
