The BALL X Pit X account just put out a post about the update that lands on Switch 2 today. This free upgrade increases resolution up to 1080p on Switch 2 while also improving frame rates up to 90 FPS! I just tried it out and it is a fantastic upgrade, everything is much sharper and it runs oh so smoothly. If you have a Switch 2, make sure you grab this free update from the eShop.

My current gaming obsession, BALL X PIT, is getting a Switch 2 release on October 28. The best part? It's a free update for owners of the Switch version!
From the video below it looks like this edition is definitely sharper, so expect higher resolutions than the current version. Other than that, it's hard to tell what the extent of the update is, but it's great to see it being offered for free to existing players.
